NEW SOLO EXHIBITIONS Two new solo exhibitions are running concurrently from 21st September 2009. The first at Burton upon Trent Central Library and the second, a permanent exhibition, at DJ & Ward, 79 Station St. Burton upon Trent. The Library exhibition features a selection of new contemporary landscape paintings in various media. This exhibition is part of the Staffordshire Open Studios Event. The second exhibition is located at boutique hair salon DJ & Ward features a series of new Histological Slide Study paintings. |

LONDON UNDERGROUND EXHIBITION JULY 2009
Two images from the vicious bulwark exhibition have been selected for display on two separate London Underground stations. The Exhibition, called Art Below, gives selected artists, from all over the world, a chance to show their work to thousands of commuters daily. The two works will be situated at Baker Street Station (Metropolitan Line, Platform 1) and Paddington Station (District Line, Platform 1 Westbound). A third image (East Coker) pictured here in the centre, would also have been part of the exhibition had Transport for London not deemed it 'unsuitable for display'. Their reason for this being that the red paint splatter on the bottom left of the image looks a little too like graffiti!?

NEW DERBY CITY HOSPITAL EXHIBITION Histologies, an exhibition of 15 new paintings, opens at the new Derby City Hospital at the begining of May and runs throughout the summer until the end of August 2009. The paintings can be found on the 3rd Floor of the main hospital building. Photos will be posted soon.
