LONDON
UNDERGROUND EXHIBITION JULY 2009
Art Below London
  |
Two
images from the vicious bulwark exhibition have been selected for
display on two separate London Underground stations. The Exhibition,
called Art Below, gives selected artists, from all over the world,
a chance to show their work to thousands of commuters daily. The
two works will be situated at Baker Street Station (Metropolitan
Line, Platform 1) and Paddington Station (District Line, Platform
1 Westbound). The Exhibition runs from 29th June – 17th July
2009. Click here for BBC
Radio Derby Interview
A
third image (East Coker) pictured here in the centre, would also
have been part of the exhibition had Transport for London not deemed
it 'unsuitable for display'. Their reason for this being that the
red paint splatter on the bottom left of the image looks a little
too like graffiti!?
